Oklahoma City - Confronted by two holdup men, pharmacist Jerome Ersland pulled a gun, shot one of them in the head and chased the other away.
Then, in a scene recorded by the drugstore’s security camera, he went behind the counter, got another gun, and pumped five more bullets into the wounded teenager as he lay on the floor. [snip]

Gotta love the writing of the unbiased press: Ersland pulled a gun—[Ersland] pumped five more bullets. I’m shocked he didn’t “spray the neighborhood” or “scream, take that Mothafu**a.”

Sotomayor Ruled That States Do Not Have to Obey Second Amendment
Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor ruled in January 2009 that states do not have to obey the Second Amendment’s commandment that the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

In Maloney v. Cuomo, Sotomayor signed an opinion of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit that said the Second Amendment does not protect individuals from having their right to keep and bear arms restricted by state governments.

She rules this way AFTER SCOTUS ruled in Heller v. District of Columbia in 2008 which is in the process of being incorporated.
One reason why Obama wants Sotomayor on the court:
Gun legislation, like abortion will not go through the Congress, so the Progressives/Socialists/EuroLibs go the court route.
Unlike abortion, this will start a revolt/civil war in the country.

Social Security Sent $75.8 Million in Funds to Fugitive Felons
Since 2005, when it first began to crack down on the problem, the Social Security Administration (SSA) has paid out $75.8 million to fugitive felons receiving payments on behalf of other Social Security beneficiaries. [snip]

Thousands of New Jobs ‘Created’ by Obama’s Stimulus Are Summer Jobs for Teens
At least 12,000 jobs “created” by President Obama’s stimulus package are summer jobs for young people, according to a White House report issued on May 27, 100 days after passage of the $787-billion American Reinvestment and Recovery Act.

The White House report, “100 Days, 100 Projects,” summarizes various projects on infrastructure, renewable energy and “jobs and job training.”

“In that time, we’ve obligated over $100 billion dollars, created more than 150,000 jobs and started important projects in every state and territory of America,” reads the report, written by Ed DeSeve, coordinator of recovery implementation at the White House.

All that experience in community organizing pays off.
