He’s right. Too many “visitors” to the US nowadays are from third world countries where taking a bath or shower is considered optional.

I think Dingy Harry would probably say that his comment was directed at Mr and Mrs (white) MiddleAmerican Tourist. Had a Republican said this, the MSM would have called this racist and bigoted of course.
