Barack Steals More History
Barack’s delusions of grandeur know no bounds. After stealing from Reagan, Kennedy, and a host of other presidents, now he’s stealing the backdrop for MLK’s “I Have a Dream” speech on the Lincoln Memorial:

And although he’s familiar with the backdrop, designed by Britney Spears’ set designer (honestly, I’m not making that up), did he ever actually read it? Dr. King asked us to judge people by the content of their characters, not their skin colors. So, although I know I’m suppose to be amazed by the fact that he’s black and that we’re “making history”, it’s still his inexperience and far left policies that make him unfit to be president.
Update: Barack’s speech will address–Yawn!–”Change We Can Believe In”. Never saw that one coming.

This is really inexcusable. Juan Williams has written recently that Obama is obligated to address issues like affirmative action, black under-achievement, criminality, and poverty without resort to the common excuse of white racism. He hasn’t, so far, and only dealt with the issue of race in re Rev Jerry.
Obama’s success has riden atop the wave of MLK’s influence, while millions of other young blacks (or those of mixed race) have dropped off the cliff for reasons more complex than white indifference or hostility. These problems are the issue, and no hagiographic replay of MLK’s great speeches is going to satisfy the need for real solutions.
Something beyond the view of MLK
