Obama Smokescreen on Taxes

The Chosen One is clarifying his tax plans.  I suppose we should be thankful since he’s already elected:

He also clarified that that a proposal to impose Social Security taxes on incomes over $250,000 would not start until at least a decade from now.

Assuming Obama is a 2 term president, he’ll control tax policy 2 years after leaving office?  Unless Chris Matthew’s tingly leg can repeal the 22nd Amendment, it’s bloody unlikely.  And what good is tax revenue a decade from now with the raft of new programs he’s proposing today?

Let’s get real.  A decade long promise is nothing more than a smokescreen.  This guy is going to tax us into the poor house right now.

This is the second time he has stated he will be president 10 years from now. Can we start to smell a violent takeover of the U.S. government?

Scrapiron:

I’d certainly not put it past him to try, given the cult of personality that he’s surrounded himself, his marxist ideological underpinnings and associates, and the overall anger and hatered of this country by many of his most virulent supporters.

The more I hear Obama prattle, the more I believe he’s nothing more than a cross between Harry Belafonte and O.J. Simpson. Glitz and D’oh woven into an ecru sock puppet for the Radiant Future crowd.

The illumination from his extemporaneous speaking has the wattage of a grain of wheat bulb, powered by a AAA battery.

Thank God it’s not rechargeable.

Yes, but can Barry sing the Banana Boat Song?

Barry might be allowed to crew on the banana boat, loading and unloading.
