Congratulations! You Have 16 Kids Coming
Here’s a group of bright bulbs, eh?
A group of teenage girls made a solemn pact - not to be friends forever, go to the prom together or try out for a sports team.
They agreed to get pregnant. And they kept their promise.
Seventeen girls at Gloucester High School in Massachusetts are expecting babies, Time.com first reported.
None of the mothers-to-be, who are planning to raise their babies together, are over age 16. One of the fathers is a 24-year-old homeless man.
My first reaction was they’ll learn soon enough about the consequences of stupid decisions. But then I thought about it and that’s not true. Because the fact is we’ll suffer the consequences. We’ll pay their rent. Buy their clothes. Feed them. Give them free healthcare. Finance some form of education for the mother. And more than likely, we’ll keep paying for the next generation who are much more likely to become welfare wards too.
And all the while, big government types will tell those of us who work, pay taxes, and take care of our families why they need more and more of our money. This is why Deval can’t give us tax relief. He has to take care of all the people who need reminders to keep breathing.
Yes, we’re all fathers-to-be and mothers-to-be, but I don’t feel much like celebrating. How about you?

I thought abortion was legal in MA?
Everything is legal in MA. So far they haven’t fined Kerry for thinking without a permit.
So who’s the chicken and who’s the egg?
Even as these girls high-five each other at their announcements it would be a fool who places all blame exclusively on the fifteen years olds.
Who gave up on parental responsibilities about sixteen years ago? Who is it who protects children’s rights as equal to adult rights? Who has taken captive classrooms and force fed garbage? Who made it compassionately permissible by sanctioning the behavior with “You-can’t-be-cruel-to-these-girls” election mentality? Who is it who will unobjectionably pay for this generational-life-cycle and who is it who will make sure no penny is removed from their clutched fists?
Who got these minors pregnant?
Choke the chickens and fry the eggs!
What was all that stink in Texas about kids having babies and marryin’? Oh right that was religion connected.
Word now is that the puritanical school doesn’t issue condoms w/o parental consent. This will be the libs chant, even though the idiot girls PLANNED to get pregnant.
The Portland issue comes to mind, where a school issued birth-control devices w/o parental consent. I agree with that. Helen hit it first. Where were the parents? The state acts in loco parentis when these breeders can’t perform the basics.
Give them all the birth control they need, for as long as they want it. The current version of the therapeutic state can’t reform them, and a commonsense morality eludes them.
..it might also be mentioned that PROGRESSIVES of an earlier era pre-empted further tragedies like this with compulsory sterilization, and attempted to avoid it by eugenics. They didn’t have an objective morality then, nor do they have one now.
No state aid, welfare, paid education, anything for them. Let the parents pay FOB including delivery. Then put the kids up for adoption; put the girls uteruses on display in the school library sans girls.
